Chaitra Nair our HR Specialist has a personal touch with each and every interaction she has within the Eclat family. Whether it is keeping in contact with everyone during the ups and downs of life or helping onboard the continually growing Eclat family, Chaitra adds an extra little sweetness to every interaction.
We got a chance to chat with Chaitra, to learn a bit more about her work experience as well as her outside of work experiences and joys.
How long have you been working at Eclat Engineering?
C: I have been with Eclat Engineering for more than 1.5 years now; starting in April 2020.
What does your job entail?
C: I primarily handle HR activities like recruitment, policy drafting, process implementation, employee engagement etc…
What do you like most about your job?
C: Since we are a close-knit team, I like the level of involvement I get to have in planning and implementing HR plans.
What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?
C: To keep on looking for new ways to do things.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
C: Listening to music and watching movies.
