On social media, we, like many other brands talk about being a family. At Eclat, we take that seriously, being a young start-up living and working in a global pandemic, things are a bit different than they used to be. But having a true community within your work environment is important, even if we aren’t physically face to face. Another practice here at Eclat is considering our stakeholders as a family as well, that is why in each monthly newsletter we proudly announce the additions to our Eclat family.
We are so proud of each and every one of our stakeholders, partner institutions, channel partners, and employees; and we want to share that with everyone. Starting this month we will be opening up our family so that the world gets to know them a little bit better.
So without further ado, Amit Shukla 🥳🥳🥳
When and what brought you to Eclat Engineering?
A – I started with Eclat in 2015, excited to work with a technology team with a forward-looking culture.
What does your job entail?
A – I am responsible for sales in the Asia market making sure that we as a team meet the needs of our partner institutions while also meeting our sales targets as a company. I spend time managing sales partners, meeting with different team members, and overall being a product evangelist.
What do you like most about your job?
A – Meeting new people and having new and interesting discussions. Pre-pandemic; traveling, and exploring new countries, cultures, and communities. I for one, am definitely excited at the prospect of traveling once again and seeing old and new friends
How has the remote working experience been for you and the Eclat team?
A – Before the pandemic, I have been working from home only, so nothing changed for me. The biggest challenge these days is that my work-related traveling has stopped completely. In my view sales traveling was not just a job, it’s much more, it is a tool to balance emotional and social needs.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
A – Enjoying time with family. Currently, most of the time I am playing with my kid.
