Eclat teams up with GlowTouch to enhance its customer support services.
We are thrilled to announce that in a move to strengthen and enhance our customer support services Eclat engineering Pvt. Ltd. has teamed up with GlowTouch LLC, a leading Customer experience management company headquartered in Louisville, KY. The United States, with offices in Louisville, India, Dominican Republic, and the Philippines.
With User engagement becoming increasingly important for us and our partner libraries during current times, we recognized the need to strengthen our customer support services to ensure quick resolutions to queries of our rapidly growing global user base for both our platforms i.e., MyLOFT and RemoteXs.
As a company we had two choices, first to increase our current support team capabilities internally, or second to team up with a reputed company like GlowTouch having over 2300 employees and experience of close to 20 years in Customer Care and Tech Support. And considering that GlowTouch shares the same philosophy of putting people first we chose to team up with them.
Within a month GlowTouch has helped us onboard 6 new support team members. And from 1st Feb 22, we will be extending our live support services from 10 hrs. (i.e., 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. IST) to 16 hrs. a day (i.e., 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. IST) and from 5 days (Mon to Fri) to 6 days a week (Mon to Sat) to provide faster turnaround and ticket resolution times.
