Why does my account status say pending and what should I do?

After you sign up on MyLOFT App, you might see a notification that your account is pending. It means that your account is pending for approval from your library team.

In such case, you may request your library team to review and approve your account.

Please note that we, at MyLOFT, are restricted from adding/modifying/updating user accounts without the prior permission of the concerned authority.
