The error message shows that my account is blocked/expired. What can I do?

After logging into MyLOFT App, if you see a notification that your account is blocked/expired, then it might be because your institute subscription is over or because of occurrence of any suspicious/unwanted activity from your MyLOFT account.

In such case, you may request your library team to update your account.

Please note that we, at MyLOFT, are restricted from adding/modifying/updating user accounts without the prior permission of the concerned authority.
