You can save an article to a specific collection in two ways i.e. while saving an article or after saving an article.
Mobile App:
While saving an article:
- While saving an article from the in-app browser, the information on the bottom bar will change. Click on the small down arrow beside the collection name.
- Click on “Move to” to add the article to a certain collection.
- A textbox will appear on top of the screen along with the list of existing collections.
- You can select a collection from the list of existing collections or create a new collection by typing the title of the same.
After saving an article:
- Find the article you want to add to a certain collection from the “Recently Saved” list on the home page or within the “Collections”.
- Click on ( Ellipsis ) at the right of the article card.
- Click on “Move”.
- A textbox will appear on the top of the screen along with the list of existing collections.
- Select from the existing list of collection or create new.
Web App:
While saving an article:
- While saving an article on the Web App, a popup appears at the top right of the screen with two text boxes for “Tags” and “Collections”.
- Type into the “Collections” textbox to add existing collections from the dropdown suggestion list.
- Click on “Save”.
After saving an article:
- Find the article you want to add to a certain collection from the “Recently Saved” list on the home page or from within the existing Collection.
- Click on( Ellipsis ) at the bottom right of the article card.
- Click on “Move to Collection” and a popup screen with a textbox and an existing list of collections will appear.
- Select from the existing list of collections.
- Click on “Move” at the bottom of the popup.
Collection can be assigned to HTML articles while viewing too.
- Click on the “Move to Collection” icon (fourth from left) on the menu at the top of the in-app viewer.
- Select a Collection from the existing list.
- Click “Move” to complete the process.
Note: Unless assigned manually, every article saved in both Web App and Mobile App will go to the default collection.
