Mobile App:
  • If you are unable to view the article with ease in the in-app viewer, click on the “Ellipsis” on the top right of the screen.
  • Click on “Report Readability Issue”.
  • Feedback to the developing team is sent and your issue is resolved as early as possible.
Web App:
  •  If you are unable to view the article with ease in the in-app viewer, click on “Report Readability Issue” from the menu (last one) on the right-hand side of the in-app viewer.
  • Feedback to the developing team is sent and your issue is resolved as early as possible.
