We would request you to try the following solutions:
Web App:
- Switch to another internet connection (another Wi-Fi or Mobile Data network)
- Log Out of MyLOFT App and Log In again
- Clear cookies and cache on your web browser
- Disable any other browser extensions (apart from MyLOFT Extension) if installed
- Disable any VPN if enabled
- Try on other web browser if possible
- Try on other Laptop/Desktop if possible
- Try again after sometime (as website might not be working at that moment)
- Try again on next day (as you might have crossed daily download limit set by your institute and the limit will automatically reset on the next day)
Mobile App:
- Switch to another internet connection (another Wi-Fi or Mobile Data network)
- Log Out of MyLOFT App and Log In again
- Clear cookies and cache of MyLOFT App
- Disable any VPN (apart from MyLOFT VPN) if enabled
- Uninstall and Reinstall MyLOFT App
- Try on other mobile device if possible
- Try again after sometime (as website might not be working at that moment)
- Try again on next day (as you might have crossed daily download limit set by your institute and the limit will automatically reset on the next day)
