My job entails taking care of the entire recruitment process at Eclat.
What do you like most about your job?
The fact that I get the opportunity to interact with people across varying experience’s and background.
What brought you to Eclat Engineering?
The desire to grow and enhance myself in my career.
What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?
The best career lesson I’ve learnt so far is to not trust people blindly or from what they tell you. It’s good to keep a little bit of skepticism especially when you are interacting with a new person.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I m not working , I like to help around my house, listen to podcasts , gym , hang out with friends.
What do you like the most about Eclat?
The thing that I like most about Eclat is that there is a huge emphasis and support for personal growth and development.
How has the experience been working remotely with the Eclat team?
So far the experience has been great, although we are working remotely , we had couple of opportunities to see and meet team members through the vacation , all team meet and various virtual meetings.
