I have been working with Eclat from the past 2.1 years now

What does your job entail?

My job entails taking complete ownership of the hiring  process for Eclat engineering along with employee engagement activities.

What do you like most about your job?

There are several aspects that i enjoy about my job

1) Knowledge of different Job roles, the technologies and skills required for that role and the prospective of growth and scale within the role.

2) I get to interact and speak to different people both within and outside the organisation, this interaction helps we widen my horizon and understanding of different perspectives and cultures that individuals come from.

3)  The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a SAAS company with an amazing team behind it.

What brought you to Eclat Engineering?

I felt stagnated and didn’t see any growth path in my previous organisation and this search for growth and learning led me to Eclat :D.

What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?

The best career lesson i have learnt so far is to continuously learn from your mistakes, improve on it and earn the trust to be dependable to deliver on whatever task that is assigned to you.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

When Im not working , I like to involve myself in physical activites like cycling, walking, playing football. Apart from that I love to try new places to eat and spend quality time with friends.

What do you like the most about Eclat?

The thing that I like most about eclat is the amazing team that I get to work with. Each team member is very dedicated and skilled in their respective field and are always ready to help you.

How has the experience been working remotely with the Eclat team?

Even though the entire team is working remotely, so far it has been a great experience with the team. The organisation does promote onsite gatherings as well in the form of ‘ All Team meets ‘ & company vacations.

What are your thoughts on the products that Eclat offers?

The products of Eclat are built through the lens of providing value to the customer and this is reflected in the quality of both RemoteXs and MyLOFT which are innovate and industry-leading within the content access industry.
