How long have you been working at Eclat Engineering?
I’ve been working with Eclat Engineering for around one year.

What does your job entail?
I’ve joined for the role of frontend developer where I primarily focus on our MyLOFT and MyLOFT Admin web app. Here, I use Angular to develop new features that help’s our end users to understand and experience our product better. Also designing and architecting the application is the most important part. Also, I’ve been fixing SDUI issues for our valuable customers and also visiting institutes to let our customers know about our product better and also that we are here in need.

What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is debugging the application. You know when we troubleshoot issues or integrate new features into older ones. It feels like piecing together a puzzle, working with some parts to uncover the whole picture. When I finally understand the code and resolve the issue, it gives me a sense of accomplishment. I believe that this journey is what I most like about my job.

What brought you to Eclat Engineering?
I was looking for a frontend developer role when I got a call from our HR (Russell). But, how did I realize this job was exactly what I wanted? The chance to work on frontend features, deliver them to production, and always consider the user’s experience really excited me. And most importantly was the opportunity to take full responsibility for my own features. It felt like the perfect fit for my skills plus interests.

What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?
The best career lesson I’ve learned is the importance of commitment—when you make a promise, it’s essential to follow through and deliver 100% on it.

What do you like to do when you are not working?
I enjoy going on rides, whether with a group or solo, to take in the nature and scenery around my hometown. But most importantly, to enjoy the riding experience.

What do you like the most about Eclat?
What I like most about this company is the positive and supportive culture. The way everyone collaborates and shares knowledge builds an environment where people can grow and thrive together.

How has the experience been working remotely with the Eclat team?
My experience working remotely with the team has been very positive. We can collaborate effectively with seamless communication, all while eliminating the hassle of commuting to the office.

What are your thoughts on the products that Eclat offers?
I find our product very convenient to use, as it allows users to operate without the concern of IP whitelisting. It offers a hassle-free experience, regardless of location. Also, we’ve provided the support for multiple languages, customizable widgets and user categories support which really adds to the overall value.
