How long have you been working at Eclat Engineering?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Eclat Engineering, and I’m proud to share that I’ve already completed 20 months of working with this fantastic team.

 

What does your job entail?

I am currently serving as a Customer Support Executive at Eclat Engineering, focusing on the outstanding product, MyLOFT. It’s been an exciting and fulfilling journey assisting our customers and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our product. I take pride in contributing to the success of MyLOFT and the overall satisfaction of our valued customers.

 

What do you like most about your job?

What I appreciate the most about my role as a Customer Support Executive is the opportunity to directly engage with our customers and address their needs. Providing assistance and solving problems brings me a sense of accomplishment. Additionally, the supportive team environment at Eclat Engineering encourages teamwork and continuous learning, making each day enjoyable.

 

What brought you to Eclat Engineering?

I discovered Eclat Engineering through a random search on LinkedIn job posts and yes, joining Eclat has proven to be a rewarding decision, and I’m grateful for the chance to contribute to the success of the team.

 

What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?

The most valuable career lesson I’ve learned so far is the importance of continuous learning and adaptability. In today’s dynamic professional landscape, being open to acquiring new skills and adapting to changes is crucial. It’s a mindset that keeps me flexible and ready for whatever the next day holds.

 

What do you like to do when you are not working?

Outside of work,  I love spending quality time with family and friends. For a while, I separate myself and have time for Myself. I read, understand, and inculcate the readings in Myself. I find joy in cooking, playing, Gardening, and indulging in movies or series.

 

What do you like the most about Eclat?

What I appreciate the most about Eclat is its commitment to a remote although innovative work culture. Open communication, coupled with a supportive team environment, creates a space where ideas flourish, and every team member’s contribution is valued.

 

How has the experience been working remotely with the Eclat team?

Working remotely with the Eclat team has been a positive and enriching experience. Despite the physical distance, our communication channels and collaborative tools have fostered seamless interaction and efficient teamwork. The remote work setup at Eclat has proven to be both productive and fulfilling.

 

What are your thoughts on the products that Eclat offers?

At present, my exclusive focus is on MyLOFT, a product dedicated to delivering excellent services to end-users engaged in both professional and personal content consumption. The existing features of MyLOFT, coupled with the promising additions in the pipeline, paint a bright future for the product. I am excited about the continued evolution and success of MyLOFT, and I am committed to contributing to its ongoing growth and excellence.
