How long have you been working at Eclat Engineering?
A random call got me this fantastic opportunity to work with the Eclat team. Two years are already completed in the blink of an eye!
What does your job entail?
I joined as a Customer Support Executive, and now I am contributing as a Customer Support Manager, looking after support and implementation for the product MyLOFT.
What do you like most about your job?
As a front face to the end-users for MyLOFT, it’s very interesting for me to know about customer expectations and knowing how to keep improving the support services for our customers/end users.
What brought you to Eclat Engineering?
As mentioned before, to be honest, it was a random call… but I remember contacting one of my ex-colleagues discussing what kind of job I would like during my job search and she recommended me to Chaitra, [HR Manager at Eclat], as Chaitra was her friend, and after few months I got a response from Eclat! I will be forever grateful for that conversation with my ex-colleague.
What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?
Even if there is a lot of help around, you cannot improve or do better without self-effort! So if you want to do your best in life professionally, always work harder (smarter too!) to achieve the goals you set for yourself.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
I would travel, go for day outs, cook, read, watch something interesting and of course, spend time with myself (very important!).
What is a fun fact about you that many people may not know?
People presume that I am a very serious kinda person, but once people get to know me I am the exact opposite of that!
What do you like the most about Eclat?
Working from home, transparent communication between team members and culture.
How has the experience been working remotely with the Eclat team?
It has been great as remotely working gives the best environment, especially for women employees to deliver the work efficiently.
What are your thoughts on the products that Eclat offers?
I am currently only involved with MyLOFT at the moment, and hence the product overall is focused on providing the best services to end-users that are consuming professional and personal content. With the features currently present in MyLOFT and the upcoming ones, the road ahead looks bright for MyLOFT.
