One of the aspects due to which I joined Eclat is the exceptional opportunity it offers to cultivate a robust professional network. Here, I can continually enhance and apply my interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections within and beyond the organization. Moreover, being able to play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of the business which adds a layer of satisfaction to my daily responsibilities.

What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?
Adaptability: Be open to change and agile in response to industry shifts. Flexibility in adapting to new models, distribution channels, and marketing strategies is key to long-term success.

What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I am not working then my creative side is activated; I love cooking and experimenting in new recipes. Also I love designing clothes for myself and my daughter.

How has the experience been working remotely with the Eclat team?
Working remotely with Eclat instilled in me a sense of resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment. If I need to elaborate, then it basically says:
Effective Remote Communication: Engaged in daily virtual meetings, demonstrating strong communication skills through video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaborative platforms. This experience honed my ability to convey ideas clearly and work seamlessly with the team.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Navigated through evolving work responsibilities and shifting priorities, demonstrating adaptability to change and flexibility in responding to the dynamic needs of remote work.

What are your thoughts on the products that Eclat offers?
In today’s scenario when everything is virtual and remotely controlled, RemoteXs and MyLOFT provide a comprehensive solution to secure access to scattered e-Resources within an institution, consolidating them into a unified platform. Moreover, providing Remote access products to library’s digital resources is both an expectation and need of today’s user community. Nowadays, providing a remote access service facility is one of the objectives of any modern library/educational institute and is the best way of maximizing the use of the library e-resources.
