This month´s employee spotlight is with one of our newer team members. She recently joined the team in August of 2021 but has instantly taken over her responsibilities, ensuring users and administrators have continual access to their subscribed eResources.
How long have you been working at Eclat Engineering?
I started working with Eclat in August of 2021.
What does your job entail?
I am currently looking after support activities for our RemoteXs product. My primary role is to assist users via chat/email in case of any doubts/concerns/. Along with that I am also involved in Implementation and training tasks.
What do you like most about your job?
I really love my job. I like doing support activities and addressing user queries/concerns.
I am learning a lot of other new things as well.
What is the best career lesson you´ve learned so far?
The best career lesson I have learned so far is to accept the challenges outside of your comfort zone. It really helps you to grow in your career.
What do you like the most about Eclat?
At Eclat, I really appreciate how everyone is so supportive and gives you the freedom to grow and develop yourself in the company. It really has a healthy work environment and a very positive culture.
What are your thoughts on the products that Eclat offers?
I have to say one thing, I really wish I had access to such products in my college days while I was studying. Both the products: MyLoft and RemotEXs are very useful to the end-users and libraries as well. It really helps the end-users to access the resources in an easy and efficient way. Along with that it also helps the libraries to manage and analyze their usage of such resources.
