If you haven’t received the welcome email from MyLOFT, kindly confirm with your institute library team if your MyLOFT account is created or not and if it is created then which Email ID is registered for your MyLOFT account because welcome email is sent when a user account is created and it is delivered to the Email ID which is registered.

Sometimes, the welcome email lands up in spam/promotions folder of email account. Hence, if the welcome email is not found in inbox/primary folder of your email account, kindly check in spam/promotions folder of your email account for welcome email from MyLOFT. You may also type “MyLOFT” or “no-reply@myloft.xyz” in the search bar of your email account, to find for the email in your account. If not found, kindly get in touch with your library team and request them to resend welcome email to your account.

Also, in a few rare cases, because of some restriction set up on the recipient email account, welcome email gets blocked, hence you may also reach out to your institute IT team to verify if there is no restriction set on your email account.

If you still do not receive the welcome email, feel free to write to us at support@myloft.xyz.
